So a few things are a little off here. 1st and foremost there is no 30 day wait for anything, not sure what was going on there, there is a 10 day wait for semi auto's but those aren't supposed to be sold. There’s a few gun stores selling them. Bi-Mart, NW gun and Collector arms, Double eagle. Hell somehow Double Eagle is still selling Mini-14’s and Ruger PC9’s or whatever they call it.

We need a smart, well put together candidate on the other side. Someone that is not connected to Trump that the average middle of the road Independent can get behind. Without that we are stuck with Bob.

Fishtrap appears to be open again and idiots are parking out in the middle of the pit again. How hard is it to park close to the fence? Guys and gals are taking up a good chunk of the shooting area with cars!

I go by there almost every day on the trains. There are always people there. If it’s closed people are ignoring it left and right and BLM isn’t doing much about it.

I’m a huge fan of the Mini-14, I also like AR15’s and carried a M16A2 and brand new A4 in the Marines. I would trust my life with either platform. FYI, I did not like the AR mag American. With 10rd mags it was fine. Anything over that they had some serious back and forth play that could cause feeding issues.

Well that's what I call them, among other things. I'm seeing it every nearly ever day but especially on weekends (I cruise by daily on the trains). Its gotten to the point I will not even go there anymore.

What with everyone parking in the pit inside the fence. It used to be everyone would park outside the fence or at least by the combine (when it was there). Lately I have see people parking out in the middle of the pit all over the place. Really eating up a lot of the shooting area.

The 19 and 45 are different. The 45 grip is longer like a 17. Yea you can just put the 17rd mag in a 19 but it will stick out from the grip a bit. No big deal.

Just saw something about Chapman Lake and how fish and game or someone was trying to get drive in access open to it. But it also said you can hike in from state land. Anyone know where you can hike in from? Maybe the shooting area? I’d love to take my kid there.

I took the Sporting Systems free coarse the other day. Very easy to do and at the end you print out the certificate. Interestingly they say you don’t actually need to show the certificate to buy a “assault weapon” but just notify the store that you have one. I’m assuming most stores will want to see...

I guess they quit making them a year if two ago. Both for the Mini and the 10/22.

When buying aluminum or steel mags remember not all are created equal. I revived a few of the PSA mags in trade and they look and feel inferior to USGI mags. I personally do not trust them.

Sporting systems out of Vancouver Wa posted a video in which they have said they will be releasing a free online course if 1639 goes “live” in July. They are waiting on the lawsuit at this time.

If you have a dermal the bolt release is pretty easy to do. I did all of mine and most my friends. Use a picture of some aftermarket ones for a guide. Grind a little, test it out then grind more if needed. Instead of a trigger I just put the better part of a brick through mine and it got much better...
