Wa/Idaho sales question

Quick legal question... what is the process for a resident of Washington to sell a pistol to an idaho resident, in idaho? Face to face ok or transfer paperwork needed? Thanks

Handguns must be transferred in the buyers home state via a FFL (Federal law) :)
