Gun Show At Spokane Fairgrounds This Weekend.... Dec. 3 & 4

Post by BT! » Tue Nov 29, 2016 6:38 pm

The show will be smaller.... 225-250 tables according to Marlene today... they will be using the two smaller rooms, plus the flea market. So, having attended the Tulsa & Reno gun shows these last few weeks, it will be interesting to see if people will show up without the pressure of potential gun bans/restrictions being threatened. The election results (of which I'm happy for) made a definite impact on show attendance at those shows, both were down by more than 30%. People however were pretty happy and sale prices were very aggressive on AR15's and other "black guns" (ie: NIB Colt AR15's at $495. at Tulsa) So grab the wife & kids, bring your Christmas bonus money and share it with the rest of us.
also... Lewis & Clark Traders have sold the Spokane Gun Show to Wes Knodel (Portland, Centralia & Tacoma Dome gun shows) They take over at the April show for the 2017 dates...

Despite the happy news of the election, I'll still be going. I almost always find enough bargains to make it worth the price up admission, and even when I don't it's still cheaper and more entertaining than a movie...

Will Lewis Clark Trader be suspending the Post Falls gun shows or will these continue? They sold off the CDA shows several years ago.

Just got back from the show. Didn't buy much - just a magazine floor plate and two reloading press shellholders. Including my admission the total cost was $16 - just a little more than the price of one of the shellholders. Plus I got to spend an hour and a half looking at guns and talking to other gun enthusiasts. Totally worthwhile in my book....

For a small show like this weekend, the turnout was excellent, Saturday almost reminded me of the gunshow's of old where it was too crowded to walk the aisles, Sunday was a good turnout as well.
