Re: Help
What type of cases are you trying to load? Brass ? Did you full length size? Seating die should be adjusted to contact the case when it is in the raised position then backed off 1 full turn. Tighten the lock ring. Now adjust your bullet seater down to make contact with a bullet on top of your case about 1/4 of a turn at a time until you reach your cartridge over all length.

Re: Help
I don't know what's going on, but the problem is not the crimp. The case neck has to be sized so that it grips the bullet tightly without any crimp.
Some reloading manuals, Speer for sure, have good, step-by-step instructions. I think RCBS and Hornady have how-to videos on line.

Re: Help
There's 100's maybe 1000s of folks that reload that live in Spokane.
I'm sure you can find a few that for maybe a cup of coffee and a plate of donuts that will be glad to spend some time with you.
Beginners should never ask for advice online ☺

Re: Help
Seating and crimping are 2 different things. Which step is not working for you? I would recommend not worrying about the crimp to start with. Get things working with just seating them first.
