Remington 700 BDL in 338 Win awesome gun price drop

Remington model 700 BDL.338 win mag. Stainless barrel, custom synthetic stock finish, muzzle brake. Does not include the scope. Rings are included. Shoots great recoil is well managed by the muzzle brake. Asking $650. I’m in Idaho. Must go through FFL.

Also, was curious as to why the FFL between Idaho residents.
