WTS: Winchester M70 Classic stainless in .270 Win. and 300 Win. Mag.

Post by blfuller » Sat Apr 20, 2024 1:29 pm

I have two Winchester M70 Classic stainless, one in .270 Winchester with a 24" barrel and the other in .300 Winchester Magnum with a 26" barrel. Both of these sport the factory black synthetic stocks and have a Burris Signature 2-8X 40mm Posi-lock scopes in the matte black Safari finish that are made in USA. The Classic Stainless rifles have the controlled round claw extractor made famous by the Mauser 98.

The Classic Stainless is tough and rugged with a weather-resistant stainless steel floorplate, barrel, action and internal components. Add a traditional, sporter-style style, composite stock for a very serious rifle. The stock easily takes on hot, humid conditions and extreme cold without affecting accuracy. All Classic Stainless, Controlled Round Feed actions feature a claw extractor and a reliable, fixed ejector. Click here for discontinued rifle specifications from the Winchester website.

Asking $1200 each. Private Message me if you have any questions or would like additional pictures. Not interested in any trades. Willing to ship, buyer pays for actual shipping. Thanks for looking.
