Re: Getting my 300BLK to cycle
Gonna need a little more info then that. I'm running a 9" barrel on mine and have never had a problem cycling with subs or supers and suppressed or non.

Cycled the first 3 rounds fine after that I had to use the charging handle to chamber a round.

What upper are you running? Sounds like a gas problem. Adjustable gas block? What ammo are you shooting? I’ve got a 9” and a 16” and haven’t had any probs shooting suppressed and non suppressed.

Re: Getting my 300BLK to cycle
The first time out with my 300 I had a few problems. When I mentioned it to Ron he told me to lube the crap out of it during break in, that worked for me, with in 30 rounds no more problems.
That said it's my understanding that a lot of people that are running other than pistol length gas systems no mater the barrel length play hell getting their blackouts to function reliably with out an adjustable gas system dialed in for the specific load on hand.
I have had good luck running sub's to supers with a fixed gas system. I am running a 10.5 inch KAK barrel with a pistol length gas system.
