Nine Mile Resort boat ramp heads up.

Post by thumpar » Sun Jun 26, 2016 9:14 pm

So whoever is in charge decided to use the prime part of boating season to extend the centennial trail. The overflow parking is completely closed and some of the equipment is parked in the regular parking area. I took the boat out there today and it was a cluster. People were launching boats and then waiting for other people to leave to get a spot. After about 30 minutes and still not close to being able to launch I just went home.

2/3rds of the worlds surface would be wasted if it wasn't for boating.

Typical governmental bureaucratic brilliance. Remember a couple years ago when they waited to start the Green St bridge repair project just as the school year began? Brilliant. Let's not modify the boat ramp in the fall when few are using it and the water is lower, no lets do it right at the peak of boating season.
