Benchmade warrantee

Post by to4e440 » Thu Jan 08, 2015 4:33 pm

I ran my knife though the washer and dryer. When done it looked clean but wasn't working anymore. I started to take it apart until I decided to see if it had a repair deparent. Shipped it off last Tuesday they got it Friday, got an email Monday saying it would take 5-6 buiesness days to complete. Wednesday got notice knife was shipped. And today got knife back. Not bad service for them having it only a few days and they sharpened it too. Good knife good company what more could you ask for. Oh yeah made in USA

If I'm selling stuff first one with cash gets it.
If you say your going to buy it don't wait two days to get back with me.

I have been wondering how long the turn around is for warranty work. I have been considering sending my benchmade in for a sharpen since its free anyways
