Double Eagle on Francis is open on Sundays but I'm not sure what their transfer prices are.

Thanks. $40....

So it's up to you. You can either pay double by going to someone who's open on the the day that you want to do your transfer or you can adjust your schedule and save some money.

And like Flawlessfoose said.

"Yes sir you guys at Firearms Finishing are the best. I do all my transfers with FF. Rick and Scott will treat you right :)"

Two or three different people on this forum recently reported problems that they had with one local FFL holder not knowing the law and holding their guns longer than necessary. Personally I'd rather go to someone who I knew and trusted like firearms finishing who I knew would treat me right even if I had to pay more than to take my chances with anyone else.

Back when the Obama gun ban panic after the 2012 Sandy Hook shooting first hit, I panicked right along with everyone else and decided to get a 10mm Glock 20 before they became too scarce. The system was overloaded and was just about shut down for a few days. Scott at Firearms Finishing spent HOURS on the phone trying to get through so I could get my gun. That meant a lot to me and I would never go to anyone else for an FFL transfer.

Government is not reason, it is not eloquence — it is force. Like fire it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master; never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action.

I understand your point completely and agree with your sentiment about the current law, which I also disagree with. But unfortunately it is the law.

Just a word of caution, keep in mind the fact that doing a sale without following the law you can pay a much higher price in terms of your freedom.

Just sayin' be careful out there....

I will happily pay more, drive farther, wait longer, or do without, rather than do business with a dazed and confused B. Hole.

I have never violated any firearm related law, nor do I ever intend to do so. There are legal alternatives to most of these foolish and ineffective WA state laws. Exercising them merely takes more effort, creativity, and patience.

Very good. Then my cautionary statement doesn't apply to you.

But it could be of benefit to someone, which is why I made it. Like I said, be careful about what you do and who you do business with. :D
