AR-AK bump fire grips

Post by mcroberts307 » Thu Jul 30, 2015 1:14 pm

The JT Grip Solutions http://WWW.JTGRIP.COM AR-AK Grip is the first pistol grip for the AR-15 AK-47 platform that will allow for semi-automatic and simulated automatic fire using the bump fire technique. Both models contain a simple lock-out and ergonomic feel for secure handling during semi-automatic use. Website and tooling are under way. They will be made from a reinforced Nylon here in the Spokane area. Expected sales release will be Spring 2016. Patent Pending

BATF has passed judgement on these and have concluded that on a pistol makes a AOW. Due to tooling costs the AR will come 6-8 months later. The AK will fit all AKs but SAM7 style and the AMD with side folder. AR fits all Mil Spec AR 15-10 or anything that accepts a AR grip. They will be produced by the company that makes BCM ( Bravo Company ) components.

Why doesn't it fit Sam 7? Also why on the pistol does it make it an AOW?

Due to the left side thumb safety, JT Grip will not fit the SAM 7 style with thumb selector AK. AOW? Two hands, I'm guessing.

So yesterday I got to shoot a bump fire stock on an AR. It was a little difficult to reach the trigger portion due to I am left handed. Is your bump fire for lefties too? Also when will they be available in Spokane and who is going to be distributing them?

To be honest I haven't tried it left handed. They will be available in the next few months on my website.

It will cost $20,000 to produce just the left handed AK grip. That being said, currently they work just as well shooting in both hands!
