Re: New this year from ZEV
I love everything about Zev..., but their price on products. The smartest thing Zev did was merge with Mega. I felt Mega put out the absolute best AR15 Recievers and AR parts (minus their trigger). Cant wait to finish my Zev AR10. This pistol is on the top of my want list. I will probably sit on it ...

Re: Post the best looking pistol!!
Now I get the price point for these is more than most will pay, but I like the finer things in life. I'm looking forward to the new Zev OZ9. The first complete pistol made by them.

Re: AR 15 BOLT CARRIER GROUP
I've used alot of different BCGs over the years. The one with the best coating I'd say was the WMD Nickel Boron. Very slick and even coating that didn't discolor as bad as some others after use.

Re: Bass Pro to buy Cabelas
They are very similar stores and I can see why they would want to buy out their competition. I went in a bass pro in Alabama last year that seemed 2 times the size of the Post Falls Cabelas.

Re: Upcoming law change Re: suppressors in July
My question is why the attack on suppressors then? 41p only relates to suppressors, not a firearm. A suppressor is a part, which is not capable of being used as a weapon itself. So what if my brother handels my suppressor. If he is a felon it would be illegal for him to place it on any firearm. I do...

Re: Upcoming law change Re: suppressors in July
Im no expert and this is not any legal advice, just from my personal experience. I purchased a 5.56 suppressor this January and an SBR last year. I used a legal living trust document that I had my bank noterize. When you buy a suppressor you turn in a copy of this trust with your application and a $...

Re: higher end build MEGA/SPIKES
I've been building off the Mega Billet Recievers for years now. Nothing is as nice in terms of their machining, fit, and finish IMO. Spikes Tactical stuff is nice as well. I know alot of Their stuff was being made for them by Seekins (also top notch manufacturer). You won't go wrong with either opti...

Re: I love my glocks, but...
I've been able to shoot glocks accurately, but I personally hate the grip size and shape. For that reason alone I have moved on as there are so many other more comfortable options. I think the most comfortable grip on a handgun that I've owned is the HK P30. Of course I got rid of that as well becau...

I would love to do this course!
It too bad $695 + $150 in range fees and min. Of 1800 rounds of ammo just isn't going to happen for me right now.
I'd like to hear how the course is to those who choose to attend.

Re: Wal mart will no longer sell AR's
Even their ammo isn't that great of price. I don' think I've ever bought ammo there unless they are having some kind of sale which is rare. Actually their ammo prices can be very competitive. What I've bought the most of lately is. TULA 7.62x39 = $5.50 ZQ1 7.62x51 (m80) = $9.99 At .50 per round for...

Re: Wal mart will no longer sell AR's
Yeah I noticed this a couple weeks ago at walmart. There were actually some crazy clearance prices on SOG, Surefire, Blackhawk, etc..... items. Im fine without these things at walmart but I hope they continue to stock there 5.56, 7.62x39, and 7.62x51. Right now they are some of the lowest prices out...

Re: New Heckler & Koch P30sk
I love HK handguns. Some of the most comfortable feeling and best shooting handguns made. Ive always loved the P2000sk. It is a little larger then what most use for EDC, but I guess thats all based on your own perception and preferences. A P30 SK would be nice to have if the price is going to be in ...

I hate to give negative feedback on here, but Corey has horrible communication skills. After a few days of trying to figure out a time We finally agreed on a time and place to meet. Re: ambi safety selector experience?
Blue lock tite is what I use on the BAD selectors Ive used. Im not worried about them like I'm checking it every mag i go through. They are a great ambi choice. I just much prefer the Talon selectors. Its one less screw that "could" come loose on my rifle. I dont like how small that screw is that se...

Re: ambi safety selector experience?
The best one I have come across is fairly new to the market. Its made by AXTS and is called the talon. The same company who makes the raptor charging handle. The reason this one stands out above others is because you get the option to turn it in to a short throw 45 degree lever or leave it at the st...

Check out Case Cruzer as they have some amazing gun cases, but they are quite expensive. This one holds 2 scoped rifles, 2 pistols, plus accessories.
