Re: Jaydolph Reign of Tyranny Coming to an End

Inslee got 0.0% of the DemocRAT votes last time. This probably equaled his grade point average.

If he runs again, I expect the same results.

Re: Wild Hogs

I think they are definitely coming here. Our winters won't kill them off. About five years ago my brother hunted them in Colorado. His rancher friend had some on his land. Elevation of ranch 7500 to 8500 feet. His cattle had to be protected because Winter would kill them off. The rancher thought the...

Re: Taurus PT22 w/wood grips - Early Model

I had one just like that only the gold trigger. Wife loved it. Shot it very little. Traded for it. She pressed a button on it one time somewhere and the thing came a part. Disassembled. Luckily it went back together first time in five minutes. She thought I was some kind of gunsmith. It was all luck...

Re: General question

PSA AR15 Magazines have been date coded for years. My brothers in Colorado have been dealing with 10 round limits for years.

This restriction is why Magpul moved 40 or 50 miles from Windsor, Colorado to Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Re: Remington Mohawk 10C

I had one years ago. Had the Mohawk like yours. Great shooter and very fun gun. Wish I still had it. Those Nylons were way ahead of their time. I remember some gun expert threw 100000+ blocks of wood in the air and only missed like six times. Pretty sure that record still stands and wasn't broken. P...

Re: Non semi-auto defense rifle

Remington pump like a 760 or 7600. I would probably go with the 30 caliber versions: 3006 or 308. Any of the caliber choices will get the job done: Also consider an Ishapore Enfield. The Ishys are 7.62x51. They have a 10 or 12 round magazine. Enfields are the fastest or one of the fastest cycling bo...

Agree on unheated.

For extra protection, put weapons in silicon lined gun socks. I would put rifles in, barrels down.

Re: Marlin bought by Ruger

I do think Ruger got a good deal getting Marlin for ~$30M. Hopefully they make Marlin great again

I think the group that got Remington firearms for ~$12M got a great deal. Hopefully they can make Remington great again.

Re: Air Rifle Opinions

You can spend more on an air gun than a Centerfire Rifle. Do you need that? If you looking for pest control: birds, squirrels, etc.,, the big box break action will get it done to ~100-150 feet. I have 13 acres and mine work well. I paid in your price range. They also work great for thumping deer in ...

Re: Air Rifle Opinions

I have a number of break action .177s and a couple of break action. 22s. My oldest .22 is a Crosman that shoots lead ar 800fps. The newer ones do ~1000fps lead. I would try and get one that does 1000fps lead Any of the Gamo, Crosman, or Hatsans I have are good and should be in your price range. Usua...

Checked with North Big 5. Supposedly they are going to get more in. Price is going to be at least $300. Too much IMO.

Re: .357 Lever Gun

A couple of other alternatives: !) Rossi 92 2) Ruger 77/357 I know the Ruger is a bolt. But a bolt is less complicated, more accurate, and more reliable. This guy sounds like my cousin who has dumped all semi automatics. He only has revolvers, pump action shotguns, and bolt action rifles. His main r...
