It worries me that new shooters might heed this kind of advice. Carry on the hip with no belt, unchambered and FMJ ammo.

Recently got a Glock 41 and I have to say that I'm pretty happy with it. I love the beaver tail and the enlarged mag release. One thing is that my mags aren't dropping free. Has anyone had issues with this in a 21 or 41. I have about 400 rounds through it.

Thanks! The snap caps stopped it. Ran it through about 50 times with not one fall to half cock. Glad I clarified and more experienced 1911 users could help me. Still gonna take it to rick to have some parts changed out.
