Need a lion hunter with dogs now. Bad lion

Post by Labrador » Sun Sep 17, 2017 8:13 am

There is a lion in my Hidden Valley neighborhood that has killed 4 dogs (little house dog types) 3 cats and all 38 of my chickens. I need somebody to kill it. I'm out of town most of the time and my wife is afraid to go outside. It was under our porch one morning. It has been seen and it's a big one. I need a dog hunter to come kill this thing asap. Might be more than one. Kill them all. PM for directions.

Hope you find someone with dogs to take care of the cat, those things are killing machines on livestock. we tangled with one couple years ago, my chessie ended up treeing him off my back porch and the wife tagged it with the 12ga and buckshot.
We are up Rathdrum mountain, if you need a hand just holler at us, I can PM you our cellphone # if you want.
Good luck!!

I did call IDFG. They told me "we don't do that anymore. You are on your own". They did say I could kill it any time, with or without dogs, just couldn't tag it if it was out of season. I have already killed three of them but this one is the worst. It's not nocturnal. It's not scared of people or dogs. It has tried to push out a window screen to get to a dog. It doesn't even move for cars. I need it killed soon.

I can kill it. 3 years of competitive predator hunting experience. 100+ coyotes a year. Have thousands of dollars wrapped into gear. Text that number.

Follow up. Somebody killed that big lion down on Reservior Rd in Rathdrum. Wasn’t even a hunter. The guy keeps a couple of goats and saw the lion in his back yard, stuck his rifle out the window and did the job. I’m always on the lookout for tracks.
