Mostly I buy local but when I was looking for Sierra’s .224 68gr SMK’s none were available locally so I bought them from Grafs. They offered a discount for five or six boxes as I recall which really helped with the price. Check for yourself but I think the shipping was a flat rate.

My go-to place online is MidwayUSA.
Powder and primers I buy local.
For bullets, local, Midway, Missouri Bullet Co.
I have bought brass and reloading tools from Amazon.

Midway is an absolute rip-off. Their shipping prices are outrageous. I buy powder/primers local and bullets/equipment from grafs or amazon.

I compare prices on anything I order online. If Midway wasn't competitive, I wouldn't order from them. Free shipping on my most recent order, and no sales tax.

You should keep an eye on Brownells as well. I have never paid more than $15.95 shipping from Brownells when they didn't have a shipping discount, and this was a very large order. They will almost always have free shipping discounts, % off discounts, especially around holidays, and if you order primers/powders, there is only one haz mat fee, unlike Midway. Midway will charge you $20 haz mat fee on each package. They do not charge you for each additional package in the shipment for haz mat. If you purchase in bulk, Brownells is a good place to shop. As always, price shop before you buy. Midway will sometimes have a no haz mat fee if you purchase a minimum amount of a specific primer.

Grafs
Wideners
Natchezss

You should keep an eye on Cabelas sales fliers as well. They will sometimes put some fantastic deals out there on projectiles or primers.

If you are looking for something specific RIGHT NOW, you may get lucky, but if you have a budget for these kinds of things,
simply keep an eye open for deals and they will come to pass.

If you can't find a good deal on powder on line, Best Buy Shooting Supply is the best bet. They are local and good people. This is not the
same thing as Best Buy Surplus. Also good people but not the same company.
