I've got a hk mp5 22lr barrel i need it cut down to 8.5" and then end threaded to 8x.75 can you quote me the barrel is new never been shot

I have a winchester model 94. Both the barrel and feed tube are about the same lenght as well as a front site is towards the end of the barrel wonderinging if its possible to thread it.
