Spotlighting coyotes.

Post by ChaseK » Wed Feb 07, 2018 3:53 pm

Was unaware of the state law regarding spotlighting coyotes at night as far as I can read it's only illegal when in the months of sept-dec. anyone ever try this out? the use of any man made light is illegal on the reservation so I've never tried this method. Anyone got any tips of the trade they'd be willing to share? (Locations, tactics, etc.) any farmers out there looking to save some stock?

Sorry drop my phone in the river trying to get a pic of some fish haha but man I’d love to see one of those in action. If I can locate a good place you’ll be the first to know haha

You can spotlight coyotes at night anytime thats NOT in modern firearm season for deer/elk. Which is just a few weeks on and off in Oct and Nov, not a blanket ban Sept-Dec.
