Anybody have any input on the newest razzooist cartridge from Federal, the 224 Valkyrie?
I have a 6.8SPC that is begging for a new barrel assembly.
There is also the new 22 Nosler???
I just am not ready to jump just yet!! The cartridge world is littered with the cases of the newest and razzooist that didn't make the grade.
I have seen many in my 62 years that didn't quite live up to expectations.

According to this recent test, it looks like it's capable of some really long range hits.Fattireman wrote: ↑Sun Feb 04, 2018 9:10 amAnybody have any input on the newest razzooist cartridge from Federal, the 224 Valkyrie?

Re: 224 Valkyrie??
I am looking into the 224 myself, likely my next purchase. Already having the 6.8, I believe all you would need is the barrel because your bolt and mags should already work.
God made man, Samuel Colt made them equal.
